Blue Wyre aims to provide quality networking and connectivity products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return and refund requests may be submitted according to the following policy.

  • Product remains unused and uninstalled
  • Product is returned in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, labels, and included items remain intact
  • Product shows no physical damage, alteration, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return:

  • Customized products
  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale products
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Opened items showing installation or usage
  • Products marked non-returnable

Return Process

Customers must contact Blue Wyre before shipping products back.

Return requests should include:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos if required

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Shipping costs, expedited shipping charges, customs fees, handling fees, and installation costs may not be refundable unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers should report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
